Pre-Booking is Essential!
(We have MOVED and are no longer in East Cowes)
We are located in Chain Lane, a small cul-de-sac off Lugley Street (between Holyrood Street and St. James' St.) in Newport with a pathway down to crocker street. Once you enter Chain Lane from Lugley Street, head to the left (from the right if coming from Crocker Street) and you will see us 'hiding' in the corner. We have a Random-Rooms sign outside our shiny blue doors. Enter through the blue doors and Reception is right in front of you. (If reception door is locked, ring the bell and well come and let you in)
We kindly ask you to respect our commerical and residential neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when entering and exiting the building, thank you.
If you are arriving by public transport, the main bus station in Newport is a few minutes walk away. Head north through the alley between Iceland and TK Maxx, and head straight across St. Thomas Square. Turn right when you reach the High Street and take the first left onto Holyrood Street. The next left will be Lugley street and we are just along there, on the right in Chain Lane.
On-street parking- including disabled bays- is available on Lugley street, just a few seconds walk from Random-Rooms. These are pay and display, please check signs for times/days and rates and ensure you can get a ticket for the whole of your Escape Room Experience.
There are public car parks within a few minutes walk of Random-Rooms on Lugley Street, Sea Street and the multi-storey car park on Pyle Street. Please check signs for rate information.
There is NO customer parking for Random-Rooms on Chain Lane. All spaces are privately owned. Please park in alternative locations.
We are only moments from the High Street and main shopping areas of Newport, County town of the Isle of Wight. As well as national chain stores there is an eclectic mix of other local stores to explore and enjoy.
If you are feeling hungry before/after your Random-Rooms experience there are plenty of places to eat nearby including pubs, fine dining restaurants, fast food outlets and cafes.
